Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Furniture Hub Kenya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return and refund window is 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Clearance or discounted “Final Sale” items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
