  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

  We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
